Remote Customer Support Rep Job
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position!

Free training will be provided for 3 days.
Location: Remote/Nationwide
Job Type: Part-time/ Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (You choose the shift or hours)
Pay: $32-$38 / hour (starting pay- will increase within 3 months)
Bonus: $1200 bonus ($500 will be paid when you start and $700 with your first paycheck)
Requirements:
- Must be US resident
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal communication

- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
- Help customers navigate website and place orders online.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Become a product expert and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
